Annual assessment of $315 FY 2009-2010, paved, lighted roads, sheltered school bus stops, participant in Neighborhood Watch.

$50 Resale Certificate by seller to the Cloverdale HOA [Cully Rinald 304.725.1286 ]

Amendments to the Cloverdale Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions require a 67% vote though not universally applicable as some clauses require 100% vote to be changed (Section 14.4). It is a vote of "all" units.

  • IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED IN FULL AFTER OCTOBER 31, 2008 - PENALTY OF $10 PER MONTH FOR NOVEMBER & DECEMBER THEN AN ADDITIONAL $25 PER EACH MONTH THEREAFTER COMMENCING WITH JANUARY 2010

  • A NOTICE AND HEARING WILL BE SCHEDULED TO RESOLVE MEMBERS' LATE PAYMENTS.

  • NON SUFFICIENT FUNDS (all bounced checks): $25 PENALTY WILL BE ADDED AT EACH INSTANCE – FULL-PAYMENT MUST THEN BE MADE WITH A CASHIERS CHECK OR MONEY ORDER - OTHER PENALTIES MAY APPLY AS OUTLINED ABOVE
